Enhanced Co. provides OnlyFans management, content strategy, professional photography, and tailored business support services. Our services are designed to help creators grow their brand, increase their earnings, and develop long-term financial stability.

The specific services provided to each client will be outlined in a written agreement or discussed during onboarding. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

 

Eligibility

To engage with Enhanced Co., you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Own and operate an active OnlyFans account.

  • Provide accurate and complete information for account setup and service execution.

  • Not be involved in any illegal activity, including fraudulent content creation or financial misconduct.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion if we believe they violate these eligibility requirements.

 

Account access and security

To provide OnlyFans management services, clients may grant Enhanced Co. access to their OnlyFans accounts. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that: 

  • We will not change your login credentials unless explicitly requested.

  • Enhanced Co. is not liable for unauthorised access or breaches outside our control.

  • You may revoke our access at any time by updating your credentials and informing us in writing.

We take every measure to protect your account but cannot guarantee absolute security against external threats.

 

Payment terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed pricing structure, which may be:

  • A commission-based model (a percentage of earnings).

  • An hourly rate for specific tasks or consultations.

  • A fixed fee for agreed-upon services.

 

Payment conditions:

  • All payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

  • Clients are responsible for any transaction fees related to payments.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the termination of services and potential legal action.

 

Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we may consider partial refunds under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results when services have been delivered as agreed.

  • Voluntary termination of services by the client.

  • Failure to provide necessary information or access to complete services.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding their OnlyFans account and business objectives.

  • Maintain control over their financial accounts, payouts, and personal security settings.

  • Avoid violating OnlyFans' terms of service, as Enhanced Co. is not responsible for any client violations or resulting account suspensions.

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may limit the effectiveness of our services, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by client non-compliance.

 

Confidentiality and privacy

Enhanced Co. values client confidentiality and will not disclose any personal, financial, or account-related information to third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.

Clients also agree not to disclose confidential business practices, strategies, or proprietary methods used by Enhanced Co. to any third parties.

Service limitations and disclaimers

Enhanced Co. does not guarantee specific earnings, subscriber counts, or business success. While we apply proven strategies, OnlyFans growth depends on multiple factors, including market trends, content quality, and platform policies.

Additionally, Enhanced Co. is not responsible for:

  • Algorithm changes or policy updates on OnlyFans that impact account performance.

  • Loss of earnings due to platform suspensions, content restrictions, or fan disengagement.

  • Any third-party services or individuals the client chooses to work with.

We provide strategic advice and management support, but ultimate business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

 

Suspension and termination of services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client fails to meet payment obligations.

  • The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • The client violates OnlyFans' policies, resulting in an account ban or restriction.

  • There is evidence of misconduct, abuse, or mistreatment of Enhanced Co. staff.

If a client wishes to terminate services, they must provide written notice. Termination fees may apply depending on the agreement terms.

 

Intellectual property

All content, strategies, and materials developed by Enhanced Co. remain the intellectual property of Enhanced Co. unless explicitly transferred to the client.

Clients may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of proprietary materials provided during service delivery.

Any unauthorised reproduction of Enhanced Co.’s strategies, branding, or intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

Liability limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enhanced Co. is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Loss of income due to platform changes, account restrictions, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Client decisions based on our recommendations that do not yield expected results.

By using our services, you acknowledge that business risks exist and agree that Enhanced Co. cannot be held responsible for unforeseen challenges.

 

Amendments to these terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or website updates.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Western Australia for any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the website.
